ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Tasks shall include, but are not limited to, the following:- Develop mission-focused strategic plans that capture existing capabilities and outline future capabilities and high-level dependencies.
- Create reports and briefings that easily and succinctly describe complex program information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Develop regular status reporting for leadership to share with senior executives across the Sponsor's partners.
- Assist in tracking and managing responses to actions at various levels to include but not limited to: Division Review Forums, Corporate Actions, and Ad-Hoc Front Office Actions.
- Tasking may include congressional responses, testimony reviews, and program data calls.
- Develop mechanisms to share technical accomplishments and progress to non-technical audiences and mission stakeholders.
- Validate, document, and manage stakeholder expectations in concert with customer. Aid in meeting facilitation and information sessions or conference planning.
- Assist the Sponsor in assessing, documenting, and tracking program requirements and follow-on TEMs. Compose and maintain correspondence documentation such as operating procedures and internal memorandums.
- Familiarity with Sponsor technical communication systems.
- Level:
- Bachelors degree with 4 years of Intelligence Community support, or 8 years with no degree.
- Bachelors degree with 8 years of Intelligence Community support, or 12 years with no degree.
- TS/SCI with polygraph
