Training Coordinator (2026-0223)
You will be responsible for providing program support to our expert course instructors, to include:
- Consolidate, coordinate and distribute training related inquiries from both internal and external customers to the appropriate Government Curriculum Manager
- Coordinate use of facility space, tools, and equipment for faculty and speakers
- Confer with Government Curriculum Managers, instructors, and the Government in verifying course and instructional requirements
- Collaborate with faculty to ensure the availability of course materials for web-based training, self-paced training, and platform-based training
- Ensure Video Teleconferencing (VTC) equipment is functioning, to allow Global Sites to participate in the learning event, as required
- Process application packages, enroll non-Agency (external) students, ensure student receipt of learning materials and information
- Track completion of student pre-work in Government databases
- Escort uncleared personnel, Submit Visitor Requests (VRs)
- Create and print student sign-in sheets and rosters
- Coordinate training related inquiries with Government Point of Contact
- Submit IT tickets to establish instructor and student accounts
- Maintain course schedule and provide enrollment information to the Government Curriculum Manager as required
- Notify the Government POC of no-shows
- Prepare and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as directed by the Government
- Prepare and maintain soft copy course folders
- Address, in coordination with the Government, student issues pre-course, during, and post-course
- Distribute/Collect Program Evaluation Assessment Key (PEAK) forms/evaluations, as necessary
- Create, compile and distributes Monthly Status Reports, for Government Curriculum Managers
Qualifications: Familiar with Virtual Learning databases, Question Mark, Blackboard, MyGovLearn. and the badging system AccessNsite, proficiency with Microsoft360, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and deep intangibles including organization, attention to detail, and time management. BS Degree and 3 years relevant experience, or 7 years relevant experience in lieu of.
The target salary range for this position is $75,000 - $95,000
