We are actively hiring a Full Stack Developer with TS/SCI w/ Poly to join our team working in, Chantilly, VA. You will use your coding and cloud computing skills to design, develop, test, and deploy scalable, efficient web applications for the customer's users. You will also maintain data pipelines, add new data sources, and work with counterparts at other government agencies to deliver reliable tools that support the mission.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop new architecture to meet the cloud requirements of the customer's web applications.
  • Implement custom cloud functionality using Python, Java, and JavaScript.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications, and assist with deploying web tools to the customer's cloud architecture.
  • Perform operations and maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting of web applications in both internal and outward-facing cloud environments.
  • Customize existing tools and build new ones for displaying, retrieving, and analyzing data in the web environment.
  • Improve the speed, visual display quality, and interactive behavior of web delivery methods.
  • Program customized code, scripts, modules, and libraries for analysis functions, and update existing code as needed.
  • Maintain the Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) process that pulls data from various sources, normalizes it, and stores it.
  • Add new data sources based on customer requirements, monitor existing sources, and troubleshoot and fix issues as they arise.
  • Work with counterparts in other government agencies to identify and ingest data.
  • Test and troubleshoot software solutions in a development/test environment.
  • Provide metadata, commented code, user manuals, system requirements, system security plans, and other documentation for future users.
  • Create and deliver program and project artifacts and deliverables.
  • Support the customer's strategic and tactical planning activities.
Required Qualifications: 
  • Demonstrated professional experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, and C++.
  • Experience with cloud computing services from a major provider, including cloud-based development and deployment.
  • Experience with database management systems such as Oracle.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
  • Experience with web development frameworks and technologies such as Flask and Django.
  • Experience working on Agile development teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering or a related field, plus 5 years of relevant experience. maybe accepted in place of degree
Preferred Qualifications: 
  • Experience with the customer's enterprise services, security controls, and data management practices.
  • Familiarity with outward-facing cloud environments and outward-facing applications.
  • Experience with APIs and data management tools or structures.
  • Experience with ETL processes and ingesting data from multiple sources.
  • Prior experience supporting the Intelligence Community or Department of Defense.
