We are actively seeking Targeting Officers at all levels (1 to 20+ years of experience) with a current TS/SCI w/Polygraph to collaborate with a team of intelligence professionals in support of operations against priority targets. Candidates will be responsible for identifying targeting leads to enable a variety of intelligence operations. Successful candidates will be able to produce detailed targeting packages. Work occurs at client sites in Northern Virginia.

Responsibilities:

  • Review specialized data for intelligence leads
  • Draft comprehensive targeting packages in support of the client’s objectives
  • Engage a variety of stakeholders to address requirements and develop new leads for exploitation
  • Conduct detailed searches on items of interest and relay pertinent data to relevant customer components in a variety of written and briefing formats
This posting is for multiple opportunities ranging in years of experience.  All positions require possession of a current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph. Candidates who do not possess this clearance will be disqualified. Level of opportunity, including compensation, will be determined after in person meeting.

Level 1: requires 1 year of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree

Level 2: requires 3 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree

Level 3: requires 7 years of relevant  experience and a Bachelor’s degree

Level 4: requires 12 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree

Level 5: requires 20 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree

*5 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for a degree*

Basic Qualifications:
  • All positions require possession of a current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph. Candidates who do not possess this clearance will be disqualified.
  • Proficiency in manipulating various databases in support of the customer mission
  • Experience related to intelligence research and targeting work is required
  • Prior experience in supporting national security operations
  • Familiarity with the Intelligence Community and its objectives
  • Attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to research and analyze
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to problem-solve
  • Demonstrated ability to work on several tasks concurrently
