We are actively hiring for a Division Manager based in Reston, VA while simultaneously directly managing contracts.  The individual selected will report directly to the General Manager of the Mission Technology and Solutions Business Unit and will be responsible for managing a nearly $30M portfolio of approximately 80 employees (and multiple subcontractors) across a portfolio of prime and sub-contracts.

Among the Division Manager responsibilities are:
  • Lead Division and Programs in PERFORMANCE EXCELLENCE that is measured in client satisfaction, financial metrics, quality of technical delivery, retention, and reputational growth.  Support on-site executive customer visit activities by developing customer profiles, briefing material, and preparing for customer interactions.  Conduct regular client assessments.
  • Lead OPERATIONAL GROWTH by achieving on-contract staffing growth; growing mission support through problem solving and enhancements; contributing to strategic business development and contributing directly to Capture and Proposal efforts for relevant programs. Partner with the Business Development in the integration of the new business pipeline.
  • Contribute to FUNCTIONALITY by supporting Business Unit GM; working collegially with corporate services; and fostering ATS’s culture of Strength in People. This includes communicating key company information to the division on a planned, regular basis and participation is planned company events.  Partner with Functional leadership to support and communicate effectively with Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Security, Program Control and Contracts resulting in positive customer impacts and program effectiveness.  Support team engagements and operating rhythm.  Ensure seamless integration across Operations functions and Division Staff.  Support the assessment of the effectiveness and efficiency of corporate processes, systems, and tools.
  • Foster PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT by mentoring Program Managers (PMs) and employees to create a professional growth plan that emphasizes ATS's management styles and embodies ATS culture. 
  • Ensure ALIGNMENT of division activities with corporate objectives and support efficient execution to achieve these objectives.  Support creating and managing the Operations budget to ensure priorities are properly funded within the Division.  Gain understanding of the Corporate Strategy and assist, as needed, in developing and executing the Corporate Strategy.  Support the Operations process and policy with Corporate Strategy & Development and ensure initiatives are aligned with program activities.
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance to be considered
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
15 years or more of prior relevant experience with the Intelligence Community, including knowledge of IC information technology systems, processes, and organizations
Familiarity with network, systems, software, and cybersecurity engineering and concepts
Experience managing 24x7 IT operations centers
At least 7 years of experience managing and growing a government contract or portfolio of programs
Experience mentoring high-potential employees
Experience in managing client relationships
Experience initiating, managing, and driving forward corporate initiatives
Experience making substantive contributions to capture and proposal efforts
Experience in successfully staffing contracts requiring hard-to-find IT and engineering skills
Extensive network of industry contacts

PREFERRED SKILLS
Master’s degree in a relevant field
Relevant professional certification(s) (PMP, ITIL, etc.)
