Staff Operations Officer (2023-0200)

We are actively hiring a Staff Operations Officer with TS/SCI clearance and polygraph to join our team working in Reston, VA. You will be responsible for coordinating virtual operations between the operators, management, and external offices. Travel Requirements: Minimal CONUS/OCONUS travel is possible on a case-by-case basis
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Help coordinate virtual operations between the various offices.
- Report progress of the various projects to management.
- Interact with the virtual operators to report MoEs/MoPs
- Report on and keep track of the various taskings.
- Write summary reports to senior management.
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
- Education: Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts Degree or two additional years related professional experience working on projects of similar scope
- Prefer degrees in Cyber related studies, Intelligence Analysis, or International Relations
- Minimum of 3 years of operations experience with national intelligence agencies including experience with client systems
- Possess a thorough understanding of Intelligence Community (IC) guidelines and directives
- Be proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), IC tools and software applications
